It's night. In the gloomy corridors of the remote mental hospital of Dr. Robert Vance, several young women are murdered with a razor within a very short time. The new nurse, Mary, quickly realizes that something is not right here. The employees of the property are acting strangely. Everyone seems to have secrets from Mary. Above all Dr. Vance, who keeps a very personal secret in the upper part of the house. The murders are becoming more and more bestial. Just as Mary is about to call the police, the culprit seems to have been found: Fred, a patient at the clinic suffering from schizophrenia, has broken out of his cell... and the next victim is not long in coming.
